In response to the COVID-19 virus, on Tuesday 24th March, we took the decision to temporarily cease all external deliveries and non-essential collections, because the health and safety of our staff, suppliers, customers and communities is always our highest priority.
I am pleased to say that over the following four weeks we structured and implemented a range of new control measures and safety procedures across our business that allowed a controlled reopening of our yard in Skelmersdale, this initially commenced on Tuesday 21st April
Our operation is open with a limited service for collections and deliveries for pre-ordered and pre-paid goods only ( minimum order values will apply ) but, in line with UK Government advice we will follow a new set of site safe working procedures, ensuring safe
In a bid to further reduce contact and interactions, we are also aiming to remove all paperwork throughout our processes. As such, paperwork will now be issued electronically.
